I love baseball and I love to play baseball games. I recently played a game and I know I could do better. I was playing first base and the ball came at me. It was a bunt and I ran to get it, but then I though. I ran back the first base to let someone else get the ball. I could of made the play, but I did not. The sad part is it was the losing run that scored.
I patronized myself after if happened. My coach talked to me about what I should have done, but Coach was ok with it. He just wanted the team to learn. I determined that I had a lapse in my concentration because as soon as Coach told me what I did, I automatically knew it was right. I did not attempt to refute my coach, but I questioned myself for the rest of the night.
